Weather forecast

There are many places in the app where you can get a weather forecast. Let us first look at what it looks like.

There are two ways to view the weather - brief and detailed. The brief one shows the general picture. For the great majority of cases that is enough.

The detailed forecast holds far more information, including an hour-by-hour breakdown.

There may also be times when you need a forecast for, say, three months ahead. An ordinary forecast runs 14 days, and nobody can give you one for three months.

But we can give you a rough idea of the weather over such periods, based on statistical data from previous years.

You will see a weather icon on every trip object cell. In this video, for instance, you first see the "Cities around you" screen, then a search for pharmacies around you, and then the weather at the objects of your trip.

Everywhere you see the weather icon you can check the weather and the forecast at that place.

Trip itinerary

On the trip itinerary screen the weather forecast works a little differently.

You are shown the forecast for the dates when you will be at that place. Three days at a hotel, for instance, or the day your plane leaves that airport.

On this screen you see something very like the trip itinerary, but with a few differences.

First, objects appear here only once. In the itinerary you have both the arrival at a hotel and the departure from it. Here the hotel appears only once.

Second, in the itinerary you see the weather for the time you are at that place. Here you see today's weather and the forecast 14 days ahead.

What might that be useful for?

You may want to watch how the weather is developing near the hotel you are checking into in a few days, for example.

Or you have several attractions you are planning to visit. You can pick the one where the weather suits a visit better.
