This Privacy Policy describes how Lingua Vera ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the "enot66 - Travel Planner" mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We only collect data that is necessary for the App to function. The App may collect the following categories of information:
Personal Info
User IDs - used for app functionality and account management (e.g., signing you in, keeping your trips and settings tied to your account).
Files and Docs
Files and documents (optional) - used for app functionality, such as attaching files (e.g., booking confirmations, tickets, or documents) to your trips.
Messages
Other in-app messages - used for app functionality, such as messages exchanged between members of a shared trip or travel group.
Calendar
Calendar events - used for app functionality, such as syncing your itinerary with your device calendar.
App Activity
In-app search history (optional) - used for app functionality, such as improving your search and recommendation experience within the App.
Other user-generated content (optional) - used for app functionality, such as itineraries, notes, expense entries, and other content you create while planning or tracking a trip.
We do not collect precise real-time location data, financial/payment card information, or health data through the App.
We use the information described above solely to:
Operate and maintain core App functionality (trip planning, itinerary building, expense tracking, group features, and PRO booking mode)
Manage your account and keep your data synced across your devices
Enable optional features you choose to use (such as attaching files, syncing your calendar, or messaging other members of your travel group)
Improve and troubleshoot the App
We do not share your data with third-party companies or organizations. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or external organizations.
We may use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data strictly on our behalf, solely to operate the App, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. These providers do not have independent rights to use your data and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
Data is encrypted in transit, meaning information sent between your device and our servers is transferred over a secure connection.
Access to stored data is limited to what is necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the App.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's functionality.
You can request that your data be deleted. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at info@enot66.com. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where retention is required by law.
You can also stop all data collection at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
Some data types - files and documents, in-app search history, and other user-generated content - are optional. You are not required to provide this information to use the App's core features, though some functionality may be limited without it.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@enot66.com so we can delete it.
